Hello friends,
I am back with a new post to share with you a mixed media
vintage card that I made a few days ago.
I started with a watercolor paper and then glued down some
pieces of tissue paper. After which I applied a generous coat of gesso over
entire paper. After it dried added some color to it using some homemade spray. Did
some stamping with texture stamps from Bo Bunny and butterfly stamp (Kaisercraft)
with vintage photo DI (its my favorite DI J).
Added some more texture using Art Extravagance Whit sand and stencils from
craftslane and Tim holtz (Dots fade). Over the stenciled part I added some EP (holographic)
and set it with a heat tool that gave a sparkling shine to it. Also added some
color it using slight dab of vintage photo.
Added some lace, sequins, butterflies
(stamped and added liquid pearls in gold and stickles over it), Flowers (big
one is handmade), pearl string, charm and half pearls.
Matted vintage image over a PP piece distressed with
vintage photo with vegetable netting in between them and Matted them over the above
panel.
Matted entire panel over a white CS and added a corner piece over the image. And that’s it card was ready.
